please note:

• Our product is not intended to replace the need to see a Solicitor if you have more complex wishes
• If you own businesses or have complex assets structures — Wills No Frills may not be right for you
• You are not given specific legal advice
• Wills No Frills creates simple Wills that are worded correctly
• If you need complex Will (including testamentary trusts, rights of occupation, conditional gifts — then Wills No Frills may not be for you) and we instead invite you to make an appointment for a traditional Will
• Wills No Frills Wills are checks by an Aussie Solicitor before they are sent out to you
• Once a draft Will is sent to you, you can request small amendments or typos (but changes to instructions and major revisions will require an additional submission and fee)
